Flaxseed CrackersBlend the following:1/3 C. red bell pepper 1 1/4 C. tomatoes, chopped (about 2 med-small tomatoes) 1/2 C. sundried tomatoes 1 T. olive oil 1/2 t. jalapeno (deseeded) 2 T. fresh Rosemary 1/4 C. fresh Parsley 1 1/2 t. garlic 1 1/2 t. Celtic Sea Salt Pour the blended mixture in a bowl and add: 2 C. flax seeds Dehydrate at 105 to 110 until crisp (around 6 hours or so). |
