DessertsWe believe fruit is much more delicious fresh than cooked! These desserts don't need to be heated, so the flavor is the freshest and best it can be! Some of the desserts that use lots of fruits can be used for a larger part of your meal, more than just dessert. Fresh fruits can be used as you desire. Don't overly restrict your fats, (see the study on fat restricted diets), but keep them moderate and balanced with other foods. Use only limited amount of concentrated sweetners, like honey.
