carrot juice (3 carrots)
celery juice (2 stalks)
3 - 4 inches of a carrot
2 inches of a stalk of celery
2 T walnuts
2 T pine nuts
2 T sunflower seeds
2 T sesame seeds
2 t celtic sea salt
1 t fresh garlic
2-3 T fresh onion
1/4 - 1/2 t jalepeno
Use enough of the carrot and celery juice to create the desired thickness. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serving suggestions:
Put in celery sticks
Spread over chopped tomatoes for a nacho-type effect
Spread over cucumber spaghetti (made with a spirooli) with tomatoes, shredded spinach, sprouts and herbs such as cilantro, basil, or Italian parsley.
