Lime Walnut Hummus
Place the following in a
Vita-Mix
and blend until smooth:
1 C. chopped walnuts
2 T. pine nuts
3/4 C. sunflower seeds
2/3 stalk celery
3 inches of a carrot
1 piece sun dried tomatoes
jalapeno (cut a small piece about the size of a penny, no seeds)
1 T. Celtic Sea Salt
Water (enough to blend smoothly)
Add and blend until mixed in:
1/4 C. fresh dill, chopped
This reminds us a little of hummus, and is nice for a veggie dip or with
Flaxseed Crackers.
